Born and educated in Chile, Hernan moved to Australia, then Brunei, where he worked on many prestigious projects. In 1996 Hernan set up his Interior Design studio in Hong Kong, one of the most prolific in Asia with 500+ restaurants, bars, lounges and clubs successfully completed in the APAC region. Hernan is the major shareholder of a renowned Western cuisine restaurant chain established in 2003 in Hong Kong. In 2005 he co-founded HKP where his role is in business strategy and development through his indepth experience and extensive network in the hospitality industry.
