Lois M. Cox

South African born, Lois began her career in London in 5-star luxury hotels. A love for the arts and Italian moved her to Florence to work in Fine Art & Jewellery insurance where she developed an in-depth understanding of delivering quality service to a range of private & commercial clients. Her subsequent move into luxury retail highlighted the importance of creating synergy between the physical environment & the visitor experience, the connection between good design & brand identity, to ensuring the delivery of authentic service to clients. Lois supports HKP in generating new business opportunities to showcase their unique capabilities, as well as project follow up and after-sales service.
